WHAT WE REPAIR
Every Level of Damage
Collision work is priced from an estimate, never a package, because no 2 impacts are the same. Bring the car in or send photos and we assess the damage properly, then give you a written figure and a timeline before anything starts. Insurance jobs and private pay are both welcome. Every estimate is written, itemised and given before work starts. No work begins without your approval.
DENTS AND SCRATCHES
Parking lot damage, door dings, keyed panels and bumper scuffs. Repaired, refinished and colour matched.
ESTIMATE

NEED TO KNOW
What Should You Do First?
What happens next depends on whether you are claiming and who was at fault. Match your situation below and call us before you commit to anything.
- Other driver at fault, claiming — bring the claim number
- At fault, insured, want it repaired — call us first
- Small damage, paying yourself — send photos
- Insurer told you where to go — you choose the shop
- Not sure if it's worth claiming — get the estimate
- Car not drivable — call us, don't drive it
HOW IT WORKS
Four Steps. No Surprises.
01
GET A QUOTE
Call, WhatsApp or send the form. Fixed price and the next open bay within one business day.
02
DROP OFF
We photograph and inspect the paint with you, confirm the panels, and hand you a pickup date.
03
THE WORK
Panels repaired or replaced, colour matched to your factory code, then refinished and blended into the surrounding paint.
04
PICKUP & AFTERCARE
Walk around under shop light, aftercare sheet, and the film registered against your vehicle.
YOUR RIGHT TO CHOOSE
Your Insurer Suggests You Decide
When you open a claim, most insurers will recommend a shop from their own network. That is a suggestion, not a requirement. In Ontario the choice of repair facility is yours, and using a shop outside the recommended list does not affect the validity of your claim.
We are an approved collision centre and we work with all insurance companies, so choosing us changes nothing about how your claim is processed. We handle the estimate, supply the photos and documentation the adjuster needs, and deal with them directly from there so you are not the messenger between 2 parties.
Aftercare
After the Repair
Fresh paint needs time to fully cure, and how you treat it in the first month decides how well it holds up long term. New panels are also the most vulnerable on the car, since the factory has not put any protection on them. Follow the 3 rules below and consider film on the repaired area.
01
Wash
Hand wash only for 30 days. No automatic brushes and no pressure washing the repair.
02
WAX
Nothing on the fresh panel for 60 days. Paint needs to breathe while it cures.
03
PROTECT
Film over the repaired panel stops it happening again. Ask us before pickup.

QUESTIONS WE GET EVERY WEEK.
Didn’t find yours? Call the shop. A tech answers, not a call centre.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN COLLISION SHOP?
Yes. In Ontario the choice of repair facility is yours, no matter which shop your insurer recommends. We are an approved collision centre and we work with all insurance companies, so your claim is processed exactly the same way either way.
DO YOU DEAL WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY DIRECTLY?
We do. Give us the claim number and we handle the estimate, the photos, the supplements and the back and forth with your adjuster. You are not passing messages between the shop and the insurer, and you are not chasing anyone for an update.
WILL THE PAINT MATCH MY CAR?
We match to your vehicle’s factory paint code and blend into the surrounding panels rather than painting to a hard edge, which is what makes a repair invisible. Older cars with faded paint need more blending, and we will tell you upfront if a panel is going to need it.
HOW LONG WILL MY CAR BE IN THE SHOP?
Dents, scuffs and single panel work are usually a few days. Bumper and panel replacement runs about a week. Structural repairs and multi panel jobs depend on parts availability and the insurer approving the estimate. You get a timeline in writing before work starts.
IS IT WORTH CLAIMING OR SHOULD I PAY MYSELF?
That depends on your deductible and what a claim does to your premium, which is a conversation with your broker rather than with us. What we can do is give you a written estimate for free, so you have a real number to weigh against your deductible before you decide.
DO YOU REPAIR RUST OR OLD DAMAGE?
Yes, though rust is different from collision work. Surface rust can be cut out, treated and refinished. Rust that has gone through the panel needs the section replaced. We will tell you honestly which one you have rather than covering it and letting it come back.
