HOW FAST WILL YOU GET BACK TO ME?
We answer the phone during shop hours, and messages sent through the form or WhatsApp get a reply the same business day. Send photos of the car with your message and we can usually quote without you driving over.
CAN I GET A QUOTE WITHOUT BRINGING THE CAR IN?
Yes. Tell us the year, make and model and what you want done, and we quote from our package pricing. Collision work and paint correction need photos, and anything we cannot price accurately over the phone we tell you upfront rather than guessing.
HOW LONG DOES AN INSTALLATION TAKE?
Detailing is usually same day. Ceramic coating and most film packages take 1 to 3 days because the product needs to cure. A full vinyl wrap runs 3 to 5 days. Mechanical work is quoted with a time when you book.
DO YOU HANDLE INSURANCE CLAIMS FOR COLLISION WORK?
We are an approved collision centre and we deal with all insurance companies. Give us the claim number and we handle the estimate, the photos and the back and forth with your adjuster. You deal with us instead of 3 different parties.
WHERE ARE YOU AND WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
We are at 77 Martin Ross Avenue in North York, off Keele and Finch, minutes from Highway 400 and the 407. Most of our work comes from North York and Toronto, and we regularly see cars from Downsview, Weston, Vaughan, Concord, Thornhill, Markham, Scarborough and Etobicoke.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash, debit, credit and crypto. We take Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and BNB. Larger jobs can be arranged with payment terms, so ask when you book the car in.
