PICKUP & AFTERCARE
Walk around under shop light, aftercare sheet, and the film registered against your vehicle.
WHY TESLAS ARE DIFFERENT
Panel Gaps and No Second Chances
Tesla panel tolerances are tighter than most people expect, and aftermarket parts vary enormously in how well they actually fit. A lip that looks perfect in the listing photo can sit 4mm proud on one side. We test fit everything before a single fastener or adhesive goes near the car.
The same applies to protection work. Tesla paint is famously soft, which is why so many owners film the front end within weeks of delivery. Panel edges around the frunk and charge port need careful wrapping, and rushing that is what causes lifted film 6 months later. We take the time on those edges.
AFTERCARE
After the Install
Adhesive mounted parts need time to fully bond, and Ontario winters are hard on anything sitting low at the front of a car. Give new parts 48 hours before washing and follow the 3 rules below, particularly through the salt season when everything low on the car takes a beating.
01
FIRST 48 HOURS
No washing and no pressure. Adhesive needs time to reach full strength.
02
WASH
Hand wash only. Automatic brushes catch lips and spoilers and pull at edges.
03
WINTER
Rinse salt off low mounted parts weekly. It sits where you cannot see it.

WHICH TESLA MODELS DO YOU WORK ON?
Model 3 and Model Y are the most common through our bays, and we work on Model S and Model X as well. Tell us the model and year when you book, because parts availability and fitment differ noticeably between refreshes of the same model.
CAN YOU INSTALL PARTS I ALREADY BOUGHT?
Usually yes. Bring the parts in and we will look at them first. Aftermarket Tesla parts vary hugely in quality, and some arrive warped or with mounting points that will not hold. We would rather tell you that upfront than fit something that fails in 3 months.
WILL AFTERMARKET PARTS AFFECT MY TESLA WARRANTY?
Adding an accessory does not void your warranty outright, but if a part causes a fault then that specific repair may not be covered. We install without cutting into factory wiring or drilling where it can be avoided, and we keep installs reversible where possible.
DO YOU DO PPF AND CERAMIC COATING ON TESLAS?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons Teslas come to us. Tesla paint is soft and marks easily, so film on the front end and ceramic coating over the rest is the usual approach on a new delivery. Full details on our paint protection film and ceramic coating pages.
CAN YOU HELP WITH TPMS AND TIRE ISSUES?
Yes. We diagnose and replace TPMS sensors, mount and balance tires and handle seasonal changeovers on all Tesla models. Plenty of owners use us instead of the service centre for tire and sensor work because it is quicker and costs less.
HOW LONG WILL MY TESLA BE IN THE SHOP?
Most accessory installs are same day. A full body kit runs 2 to 3 days because everything is test fitted before it is mounted. Protection work follows the timelines on those service pages, and we can combine an install with film or coating in one booking.
